These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. All materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of this Store. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.


USER ID, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

In the event that any user ID and/or password is used by you or issued to you by us during the process of your signing up to be a user/member of the Sample Store, you shall protect the secrecy of such user ID and/or password at all times and shall ensure that the user ID and/or password is not revealed or disclosed in any manner whatsoever to any person. You should change your password from time to time to enhance its security. You shall be fully responsible for all use and liability resulting from access to this Site or Mobile Application with your user ID and/or password. We shall not be responsible for unauthorized transactions incurred by you arising from or in connection with the misuse or disclosure of your user ID and/or password. Any passwords or rights given to you to obtain information or other contents are not transferable and may only be used by you. You must keep your password confidential and immediately notify us if any unauthorized third party becomes aware of that password or if there is any unauthorized use of your email address or any breach of security is known to you. You agree that any person to whom your user name or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purposes of using (and/or transacting via) the Services, the Site and Mobile Application. Maintenance of the confidentiality of your password is your responsibility. If you suspect that your password has been compromised in any manner, you shall immediately inform us and change your password.


Service Fees / Payments / Invoices

All Beauty Glow Essentials fees and charges are quoted and billed in currency used unless otherwise noted. Members have the option to pay services fees in Philippines peso or US Dollars. The exchange rate used ("Exchange Rate") is subject to change from time to time in reference to current forex. Beauty Glow Essentials uses an automated payment processing system and only accepts credit card or PayPal, Bank Transfer, Remittance and COD payments at this time. All Subscribers are required to maintain valid payment information on file for the processing of any applicable service fees. At its sole discretion, Beauty Glow Essentials may use credit card and debit card issuer-approved services, such as VISA Account Updater and MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater, to acquire updated payment information for the purpose of processing outstanding payments that are on your account. Beauty Glow Essentials may take any reasonable action to validate your payment and registration information, and collect all payments due. You agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from any efforts to collect any past due amounts from you, to the extent allowed by law. Service fees are due at the time of order or on the day of renewal. All fees must be paid in full. Invoices for all services can be found by logging into your account control panel. Billing inquiries and disputes should be brought to the Company attention within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be deemed to be an admission that the invoice and charges are accurate. If any charge back or charge dispute notices are received for your account, services provided to you may be immediately suspended pending investigation, and you will be subject to charge back service charges. Where applicable, reserves the right to put your domain name into "Registrar Hold" status and deny any transfer requests for that domain name until the charge back or dispute issue has been resolved. Accounts will be suspended if its service renewal fees are not paid within 72 hours of the due date. Accounts suspended in this manner can be re-activated upon payment of the Account. Any applications or requests for services will be declined if payment cannot be successfully processed within 72 hours of the order.


Order Processing / Delivery / Out of Stock

If goods are in stock, orders will usually be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days after the order has been placed. Depending upon where you are in International Delivery can take approximately 2 to 7 business days to complete via air freight mode of delivery. For orders of goods not in stock, the expected delivery timeframe will be longer and will be advised. If that is the case, we will inform you immediately upon receiving your order and we’ll keep you up to date throughout the entire order process. We deliver products Worldwide using by either Registered Post or by a courier service. This may require collection from a post office, a signature upon receipt and/or other special conditions. This is so we can track your order throughout the entire delivery process to ensure it arrives safely. The size of the package and the type of goods ordered will determine the cost of delivery and the delivery method to be used.


Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


International

International tax and duty: International shipment are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fee/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Beauty Glow Essentials has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Due to high international shipping costs and tax and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes back ordered items. We will hold the order until items are in stock and available to ship.  Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items. If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Policies

We ship international.

Please allow us 1-5 business days to process your orders within Philippines and 7-10 working days in International. We will try our best to ship most orders received before 12:00PM (PST) the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, holidays, and certain dates that we announce on the website. We ship via Post, DHL and FEDEX wherein we cannot guarantee exact delivery date of your order, we can assist only to track them accordingly to courier's tracking systems. Consider any transit time offered by Company only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you prefer your order to be delivered by a certain date, or if you have any special delivery instructions (such as Saturday Delivery), please let us know during checkout, but again, we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" & to obtain a shipping estimate.


Refund/Return Policy / Cancellation

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint and proof (photos to be shown). If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.


Privacy

The Beauty Glow Essentials Privacy Policy sets out our obligations with respect to the safeguarding, collection and use of Subscribers' personal information. The Beauty Glow Essentials Privacy Policy is subject to modification from time to time, and such changes are effective upon posting of the modified policy.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Beauty Glow Essentials. Beauty Glow Essentials has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Beauty Glow Essentials shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


Typographical, Illustration, and Price Errors

Beauty Glow Essentials make every effort to provide you with an error-free Web site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing, or error in illustration, Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
